"Even if the Bible's credibility is questionable, it still contains centuries worth of meditations, more than what we could've ever achieved by ourselves"

Except that's not how meditation works. You don't be meditative by cramming all the information you can get. You get it by being like a child, free from the chains of thoughts. Like a blank canvas. Listen to "Daft Punk - Giorgio by Moroder", where Giovanni Giorgio describes his history of learning music.

A peek into the design of smartphone camera lenses

Image
Smartphone cameras use a complex set of lenses, that aren't simply convex or concave, or a simple combination of them. I first saw it while looking it up in a patent paper by Apple, but then recently, a person named Stephen Remillard has uploaded a video on YouTube explaining one such paper. I found it interesting, so I'm linking it here:

You cannot blame someone for teaching something without knowing perfectly what it is

#Draft You cannot blame someone for teaching something without knowing perfectly what it is. Because no one knows anything perfectly well. Your parents don't know how to be the best parents, they are imperfect. In case of science it is still the same. Isaac Newton did not know everything about colour theory. He just knew what he observed. He isn't god. Maybe he was, but on planet earth, he is a human and has the same problems as everyone else. I did something there, didn't I? (EDIT: I was referring to the idea that god is a supernatural entity, but in this world, he will be limited by the confines of this reality, such as the limited storage space on their brains and the time it takes to communicate ideas by writing or speech.)
